Frequently Asked Questions

The Apartments

Are the apartments renovated, and do they all look the same?

Not all of them. Apartments come in two options, classic and upgraded, so they do not all look the same. The upgraded option has newer cabinets, counters, backsplash and flooring. Ask the office which option an apartment has, and tell them if you have a preference.

How many floor plans are there?

There are four layouts across one, two and three bedrooms, including a two story townhome. Each layout comes in a classic and an upgraded option. That is why the availability page lists eight of them.

Is there a washer and dryer in the apartment?

No. There is a shared laundry room on site, with coin operated machines.

Do apartments have a balcony or patio?

Some apartments have a private balcony or patio, but not every apartment does. Ask the office about the specific apartment you are considering.

Yes, there is a shared laundry room on site. It has coin operated washers and dryers.
