What We Collect

Three things. There is no account to create on this site and nothing to log in to.

What You Type Into a Form

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you give us one
  • When you are looking to move, if you tell us
  • Anything you write in the message box

What Your Browser Sends

When you submit a form we also record the address your request came from, your browser's identifying string, and the time you sent it. That is stored with your enquiry and used to investigate abuse of the form. We do not build a profile from it.

Measurement

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages and buttons get used, such as tapping the phone number or sending a tour request. Google sets cookies in your browser to do this. It does not receive your name, email address, phone number or message, and we do not use it for advertising. You can block it in your browser's cookie settings, or with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Why We Collect It

To answer you, arrange a tour, and lease you an apartment. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Phone Calls and Email

When you give us a phone number or an email address on a form, you are agreeing that the Agave Azul on Boulder leasing office may call you and email you about your enquiry, about arranging a visit, and about apartments here. That includes calls placed by automated means.

Agreeing to that is not a condition of renting. You can ask about an apartment, apply and sign a lease without agreeing to it; call us and say so.

Who Else Sees It

Once you move on to an application or a resident account you are dealing with the management company's own system, under their privacy policy rather than this one.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries are kept while we are still talking to you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick the conversation back up if you come back to us. Records connected to a lease are kept for as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete an enquiry and no lease or legal obligation depends on it, we delete it.

How It Is Kept

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to the people who handle them. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise, but nothing here is kept anywhere it does not need to be.
